Accessible by ship's ladder, the cozy sleeping loft (6'x7') wrapped with assorted woods, accommodates up to a king size bed. The three loft awning windows open to allow morning and evening breezes.

A duplex convenience outlet provides power to the loft and the light switch allows inhabitants to turn off the house lights while in the loft.
